Most items are backed by a manufacturer's warranty that typically lasts 1 to 2 years from the date of purchase. If you encounter an issue during this period that falls under the warranty coverage, you will be directed to the manufacturer for assistance. However, if an issue arises after the manufacturer's warranty has expired, but it is covered by your TrustExtend protection plan, our plan will step in to provide the necessary support.
